STEP 1 - REGISTER

REGISTER ONSITE
Onsite bidders should register on the morning of the sale at the auction site location. Onsite bidders will be required to provide, at or before time of registration, a minimum deposit of $500 and must maintain a minimum deposit of 25% of their total bid amount during the course of the auction. With the exception of registration deposits, no cash will be accepted on site.

REGISTER ONLINE
Online bidders must register at AuctionHQ.net by clicking on Log in to Bid and then the Register Now button. Online Bidders are required to provide credit card information and a $500 initial authorization to secure your bids. Please note that your credit card must have sufficient credit to be authorized for 25% of your purchases. If you plan on spending more than $10,000 please contact the Auctioneer prior to the auction regarding payment arrangements. Balances in excess of $10,000 must be settled by cashiers’ check or wire transfer received by Tiger no later than 12pm on Friday, February 14.

STEP 2 – VIEW ITEMS

STEP 3 – PAYMENT/SHIPPING

After the event, on February 13, you will receive an e-mail confirming any items/lots won. Payment of balance due must be made by 12pm on Friday, February 14. Payments being made during the first day of checkout will be done at the Hopkins Building. You may then arrange pickup of your items from the auction location. It is always the responsibility of the winning bidder to make sure arrangements are made for the items/lots won to be shipped or picked up.

IMPORTANT PICKUP NOTES

Schedule an appointment to minimize wait times. Bring your invoice to checkout (you will receive one by email upon final payment). Bring your own crews, packing materials, material handling equipment, etc. for removal. All small hand carry items MUST be removed by February 21st. All Inventory MUST be removed by February 25th.

TERMS AT-A-GLANCE

ONSITE REGISTRATION: Onsite bidders should register on the morning of the sale at the sale site location. Bidders Should be prepared onsite with multiple cashier’s checks or a check with a bank letter of guarantee.

ONLINE REGISTRATION: Online bidders must register at AuctionHQ.net by clicking on Log in to Bid and then the Register Now button. Online bidders may register and qualify to receive a bidder's paddle with a $500 credit card authorization; however, this will limit bidder's auction day spending to $2,000. Upon bidder's request, Auctioneer may accept up to $2,500 by credit card authorization, thereby extending buyer's spending limit to $10,000. Online buyers who plan to spend in excess of $10,000 must provide a cashiers' check or wire transfer to Auctioneer 24 hours prior to the auction in an amount equal to 25% of anticipated purchases. Failure to do so will preclude participation in the auction.

All deposits made via wire or credit card will be returned/released within 3-7 days unless purchases are made.

PAYMENT DEADLINE: All payments are due by 12pm on Friday, February 14. Payments being made during the first day of checkout will be done at the Hopkins Building.

PAYMENT FORMS: Credit cards on file will be charged upon the completion of the sale. You may pay by cashiers check or wire transfer by (a) notifying Tiger prior to the close of auction, AND (b) submitting payment in time for Tiger to receive it no later than 12pm on Friday, February 14.

PURCHASES OVER $10,000: Balances in excess of $10,000 must be settled by cashiers’ check or wire transfer received by Tiger no later than 12pm on Friday February 14.

BUYERS’ PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the price of each item for onsite bidders; Online bidders will be assessed an 18% Buyers' Premium..

SALES TAX: All Taxes are applied at the end of the auction unless a reseller has notified Tiger prior to the close of auction and qualifies for sales tax exemption. A buyer’s failure to qualify for exemption does not waive its obligations to complete its purchase per the terms of sale.

REMOVAL: All buyers are responsible to remove their items during the posted checkout times. To minimize wait time, all buyers are asked to schedule an appointment. All small hand carry items MUST be removed by February 21st. All Inventory MUST be removed by February 25th. Buyers are also responsible to bring their own crews, packing materials, material handling equipment & etc. for removal. Buyers requiring shipping or moving assistance can refer to our list of 3rd party shippers. See link above.

BULK LOT TERMS: This auction includes the offering of a number of bulk lots, which group numerous lots from the catalog to be offered at the beginning of the Auction. Bidders interested in bidding on any of these lots (in the 0 lot number series) must complete a Supplemental Bulk Lot Terms form (downloadable from the auction information page) and submit a specific deposit as provided for in the Supplemental Bulk Lot Terms. In the event a bid is accepted for a Bulk Lot, Auctioneer reserves the right to either 1) accept the bid and cancel the auction of the included lots or 2) hold the bulk bid and subsequent bids in abeyance, to be awarded after all related lots have been auctioned and Auctioneer, Seller and Lender have determined the highest and best combination of bids received. Buyers will be responsible to maintain proper deposits throughout the piecemeal auction. While this is a term of the bankruptcy court It is all party’s intention to only accept a Bulk Lot Bid that is deemed reasonable and in the best interest of the bankruptcy estate.

NO WARRANTY OR REPAIR PROGRAM FOR THE ASSETS IS BEING OFFERED AS PART OF THE SALE. NEITHER THE AGENT, CGNP OR LENDER MAKES ANY REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE MERCHANTABILITY, EXPIRATION OF ANY FINISHED PRODUCT OR RAW MATERIALS AND ANY AND ALL BUYERS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL FDA REGULATIONS REGARDING CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES. Any Guidance provided is not intended to substitute a buyer's responsibility to inspect items and arrive at their own determination of an item's condition.
