STEP 1 - REGISTER

REGISTER ONSITE
Onsite bidders should register on the morning of the sale at the sale site location. Onsite bidders will be required to provide, at or before time of registration, a minimum deposit of $500 Cash Deposit (NO EXCEPTIONS) and must maintain a minimum deposit of 25% of their total bid amount during the course of the auction. Bidders Should be prepared onsite with multiple cashier’s checks or a check with a a bank letter of guarantee.

REGISTER ONLINE
Online bidders must register at bidspotter.com by clicking on the Register Now button for this auction. Online bidders may register and qualify to receive a bidder's paddle with a $500 credit card authorization; however, this will limit bidder's auction day spending to $2,000. Upon bidder's request, Auctioneer may accept up to $2,500 by credit card authorization, thereby extending buyer's spending limit to $10,000. Online buyers who plan to spend in excess of $10,000 must provide a cashiers' check or wire transfer to Auctioneer 24 hours prior to the auction in an amount equal to 25% of anticipated purchases. Failure to do so will preclude participation in the auction.

BULK BID (Complete Facility)
Any party interested in bidding on the entire facility as a single lot will be required to submit a $200,000 Cashier’s Check to qualify as a bidder and must increase the deposit to equal 25% of purchase price by close of Auction, with full payment due by Monday, November 18th at 5:00pm (PT).

All deposits made via wire or credit card will be returned/released within 3-7 days unless purchases are made.

STEP 2 – VIEW ITEMS

You may preview the inventory at the auction site in Rialto, California during the posted Preview times and days. We will also list all items in the catalog on the BidSpotter site. To view the event details and catalog, click on “View Items & Bid" above.

STEP 3 – PAYMENT/SHIPPING

After the event, you will receive an e-mail confirming any items/lots won. Payment of balance due must be made by 12 noon November 14. You may then arrange pickup of your items from the auction location. It is always the responsibility of the winning bidder to make sure arrangements are made for the items/lots won to be shipped or picked up.

IMPORTANT PICKUP NOTES

Schedule an appointment to minimize wait times. Bring your invoice to checkout (you will receive one by email upon final payment). Bring your own crews, packing materials, material handling equipment, etc. for removal.
Buyers must coordinate with riggers based upon removal schedule of items and must be flexible based on where the item is located
No items are sold with controls unless otherwise stated in the description.
The indicated point of disconnect on each item will be at the first juncture, unless otherwise noted.
To the extent of any remaining fluids and/or solids in piping, tanks, or otherwise, buyer will be responsible for removal.
All items considered smalls need to be removed within the first 3 days of removal.

Safety

All visitors are required to check in sign an insurance “hold harmless” prior to entry on to the facility site;
Visitors should be aware that there are slip, trip, and fall hazards and enter at their own risk;
Hard Hats should be worn at all times;
Closed toed shoes should be worn at all times - No high heels;
No loose fitting clothing will be allowed into the processing areas of the plant;
No pets or children under 18 years of age will be permitted onsite.

Certificate of Insurance Loss Payees

All 4 of the following partners must be listed as Loss Payee on Buyer’s Insurance Certificate before removal may begin.
