If you intend to bid onsite, you will need to register onsite. If you intend on bidding through Proxibid, our online bidding partner, go to Proxibid.com to register. A credit card will be required for registration. Your card will be authorized for $300 to secure your bids; Please note that your card must have sufficient credit to be authorized for 25% of your purchases. If you plan on spending more than $10,000 please let the Auctioneer know prior to the auction.
Attend the sale at the Asanti store. Images of each item is to be displayed throughout the Auction and sold by a live auctioneer. Items will be sold in sequential order starting with Lot 1 at 11:00 am.
Go to Proxibid and follow the auction live, in real time, submitting your bids in competition with the auction audience. Or, submit maximum bids prior to the auction and let the system bid for you.
We will charge your credit card on file at the end of the sale for the high bid price plus a 15% buyers' premium. Sales tax will also be added to your purchases unless you are purchasing for resale and have completed and returned a resale certificate before the conclusion of the auction. For this sale, you may also notify us prior to the end of the auction if you would like to pay by cashiers check or wire transfer, which must be received by 1pm on Monday, January 24 @ 1:00 pm. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT CASH FOR THIS AUCTION.
You are responsible to remove your items during the posted checkout times posted. If you are purchasing from out of the area, you may send a 3rd party shipping company to remove your items with a copy of your paid invoice.
Schedule an appointment to minimize wait times. Bring your invoice to checkout (you will receive one by email upon final payment). Bring your own crews, packing materials, material handling equipment, etc. for removal
We will authorize your credit card for $300 as an Auction Registration deposit. This authorization will place a 3-7 day hold on these funds with your credit card company, but will not be charged unless purchases are made. Upon Buyers’ successful award of bid, Buyer shall be immediately responsible for 25% of their purchases as a non-refundable deposit. Auctioneer may charge or authorize Buyers’ credit card or make other arrangements for deposit in a cash form; however, Auctioneer’s election not to collect the 25% does not waive Buyers’ obligation to the such amount in the event of default.
A 15% Buyer’s premium will be added to the price of each item you purchase.
We will process your payment upon the close of the auction using the credit card provided. In the event your credit card on file is declined, Buyer will provide a replacement card or payment by Cashiers’ Check or Wire Transfer NO LATER THAN 1:00pm on Monday, January 24, 2011. You are responsible to pay sales tax unless you are in the business of reselling your purchases and you provide to us by fax, mail or in person PRIOR TO THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION: (1) a copy of your resale permit and (2) a completed resale certificate. Download a Resale Certificate here.

A successful bid at auction, whether live or online, constitutes a legally binding contract of sale. All sales are final. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges.
