19th Century Home in Oaks Bluffs Historic District, with 5-bedrooms/2.5-baths, can sleep up to 10 people. Features include a spacious living room with stone fireplace, formal dining area, sunny eat-in kitchen, large wrap-around porch, glassed-in sun porch, and ocean views from one of the two large master bedrooms upstairs. Outside, you’ll find a large private front yard that’s kid-friendly and safe, an enclosed outdoor shower accessible from inside the house, as well as private parking for three cars.
In addition to being a one-minute walk to Ink Well Beach, this centrally located home is a 10-minute walk from the ferries and the center of Oak Bluffs—known for its great restaurants and spirited night life. Waban Park’s nature trails and paved shoreline bike path are just around the corner, and tennis and basketball courts are three blocks away.

Two ways to Bid:
1. Enter an amount under “Your Bid” – This will reflect your current and final bid
2. Enter a maximum of what you are willing to pay under “Your Maximum” - The system will start your bid at the lowest available increment and bid for you.
Then scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your Bid Number and Password and click ‘Submit Bids’

Important Bidding Notes:
- An item’s closing time will extend by 4 minutes when bidding occurs within the final 4 minutes of its scheduled closing.
- If you submit a bid prior to the auction you will be notified if you are out bid.
The winning bidder will be required to submit credit card payment by April 3, 2012 to Roosevelt Hospital Foundation, Laura’s Journeys Fund. Winning bidder will also be required to submit a $200.00 cleaning fee, as well as a refundable security deposit of $600.00 to the homeowner, by July 1, 2012. Full instructions will be provided to the winning bidder.

You are free to choose any week in September, with a check-in as early as Tuesday, Sept. 4. 100% of the proceeds will go to Laura’s Journeys, which awards free recreational travel to cancer patients at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt.
