STEP 1 - DOWNLOAD BID PACKAGE

Click on the link to download the 'Bid Package' once available. The package (.pdf reader required) will include bid instructions, product information and a bid submittable form.

STEP 2 – BID

Bids are due by Wednesday, January 25 at 5pm (ET) and must be submitted using the bid form provided and must be accompanied by a deposit as provided for in the bid package. Deposits are accepted by cashiers check or wire transfer and will be refunded within 48 hours to unsuccessful bidders.

STEP 3 - PAY

Full payment must be made within 48 hours of bid award in the form of cashiers' check, wire transfer or credit card,

STEP 4 - PICKUP

This is a 'cash and carry' transaction. Purchaser shall be responsible to remove all inventory from the facilities by February 3, 2012. However, as an option and upon making explicit arrangements with TIger, buyer may be provided with the non-exclusive use and supervised access to Sherwood's Keysville, Virginia warehouse until March 15, 2012 to stage product.

TERMS AT-A-GLANCE

DEPOSITS: 25% of bid amount.

PAYMENT DEADLINE: Within 48 hours of bid award.

PAYMENT FORMS: Cashiers check, wire transfer or credit card.

SALES TAX: All Taxes are applied at the end of the auction unless a reseller has notified Tiger prior to the close of auction and qualifies for sales tax exemption. A buyer’s failure to qualify for exemption does not waive its obligations to complete its purchase per the terms of sale.

REMOVAL: All buyers are responsible to remove their items by Feb. 3. Buyer may contact Tiger to make arrangements for the staging of product at the Keysville, VA location for an extended period of time, but in no event later than March 15, 2011.

BID PROCESS: Tiger reserves the right to award bids to what they determine to be the highest and best combination of bids and/or to reject any bids and hold product to be sold at a followup live auction in lots determined by Tiger.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All items are sold “as-is, where-is” with no guarantees or representations. All Sales Are Final. Buyers are recommended to inspect items before they bid.
