Step 1 - REGISTER

Bidders must register at proxibid.com by clicking on signup or login.

All bidders are required to provide a Valid Credit Card to be approved for bidding. (Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Wire Transfer and Cash)

Step 2 - VIEW ITEMS

You may preview the items in person at 20675 Nordhoff Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311 by scheduling an appointment on Wed, January 25 from 10am to 4pm. You will need to provide your bidder number with a list of lots you will want to preview. Please note that we will not allow anyone to preview items without an appointment. STEP 3 - PAYMENT

Credit cards on file will be charged upon the completion of the sale. You may pay by cashiers check or wire transfer by (a) notifying Tiger prior to the close of auction, AND (b) submitting payment in time for Tiger to receive it no later than 12pm on Friday, January 27th.

Balances in excess of $5,000 must be settled by cashiers’ check or wire transfer received by Tiger no later than 12pm on Friday, January 27th.

Step 4 - PICKUP

Buyer is responsible to arrange to have its purchased Items packed, insured, moved or shipped, and shall accept full responsibility for all labor, materials and costs necessary to complete its removal, as well as any damages, losses, acts or omissions related to Buyer's removal of purchased Items from the Sale Site. In the event buyer uses a third party to remove their Item(s), buyer is responsible to coordinate such removal within the posted checkout times for each specific sale with their 3rd party service providers. Buyers are also responsible to provide their 3rd party service providers with Agent Release Authorizations. An ‘Agent Release Authorization’ form is available above for use when retaining any 3rd party to pickup purchases.

Tiger offers shipping for buyers upon request. Shipping & Handling Fees will be charged separately at $24.99 per lot (PLEASE NOTE: YOU MAY NOT COMBINE MULTIPLE LOTS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING), once paid, Tiger will ship within 2-3 business days. All items will be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight. This will include signature confirmation and insurance.

TERMS AT-A-GLANCE

PAYMENT DEADLINE: All payments are due by 12 pm the day after the auction closes.

BUYERS’ PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the price of each item along with 3% surcharge.

SALES TAX: All Taxes are applied at the end of the auction unless a reseller has notified Tiger prior to the close of auction and qualifies for sales tax exemption. A buyer’s failure to qualify for exemption does not waive its obligations to complete its purchase per the terms of sale.
