STEP 1 - REGISTER

REGISTER ONSITE Onsite bidders should register on the morning of the sale at the auction site location. Onsite bidders will be required to provide, at or before time of registration, a minimum deposit of $300 and must maintain a minimum deposit of 25% of their total bid amount during the course of the auction. With the exception of registration deposits, no cash will be accepted on site.

REGISTER ONLINE Online bidders must register at bidspotter.com by clicking on the Register Now button for this auction. Online Bidders are required to provide credit card information and a $300 initial authorization to secure your bids. Please note that your credit card must have sufficient credit to be authorized for 25% of your purchases. If you plan on spending more than $10,000 please contact the Auctioneer prior to the auction regarding payment arrangements.

STEP 2 – VIEW ITEMS

You may preview the inventory at the auction site in Baja California during the posted Preview times and days. We will also list all items in the catalog on the BidSpotter site. STEP 3 – BID

BID LIVE ONSITE Attend the sale in Baja Califronia. An image of each item is to be displayed throughout the Auction and sold by a live auctioneer. Items will be sold in sequential order starting with Lot 1 at 11:00 am.

On the day of the live auction, you will see the image to the right of the auction listing on the bidspotter.com Live Internet Auction Broadcasts main page. Click “Bid Now View Live” to go to the Real Time Bidder interface. During the Live auction you can competitively place bids against other Internet bidders as well as bidders on the auction site. Bidding is simple! You will see the bidding activity on your computer screen and if you wish to bid the auctioneer's "ask" amount, simply click the White Bid Bar located directly above the image of the lot being sold on the black side of your Real time Bidding Interface!

PLACE ABSENTEE BIDS
Before the event, all Bidders registered and approved for an auction can place absentee bids on any c atalogued lot in the auction. Placing a bid is simple: From the Item Details page simply enter your maximum bid in the "Enter Bid Amount" box and click “Place Bid”. Enter your user name and password. Verify the item you are bidding on is correct, Verify the amount is correct, Enter your user name and password and click "SUBMIT".

STEP 4 – PAYMENT/SHIPPING

After the event, you will receive an e-mail confirming any items/lots won. Payment of balance due will be made to our auction partner Abamex. You may then arrange shipment of your items from the auction location. It is always the responsibility of the winning bidder to make sure arrangements are made for the items/lots won to be shipped or picked up. Buyers are also responsible to bring their own crews, packing materials, material handling equipment & etc. for removal.

TERMS AT-A-GLANCE

PERSONAL PROPERTY: All on-site attendees will be required to register on site and provide a minimum deposit of $300 at the time of registration. All on-line participants will be required to register at Bidspotter.com and provide a credit card deposit. We will authorize your credit card for $300 as an Auction Registration deposit, and reserve the right to increase the deposit to equal 25% of your total high bids. This authorization will place a 3-7 day hold on these funds with your credit card company, but will not be charged unless purchases are made. Onsite buyers must have made arrangements to maintain a 25% deposit on their purchases. With the exception of registration deposits, no cash will be accepted on site. Therefore, purchasers intending to spend over $1,500 must either make a direct deposit into Tiger’s account in anticipation of their spending or contact the Auctioneer to establish acceptable deposit arrangements.

BULK OFFER FOR REAL ESTATE & EQUIPMENT: Parties interested in submitting a bulk offer will be required to meet specific bidding requirements, which are available by request from Tiger. PAYMENT: All payments are due by 12 pm the day following the auction closes.

PAYMENT FORMS: Cash payments must be made by direct deposit into a specified local bank account. This information will be provided to bidders upon request. You may also pay by cashier’s check, wire transfer or credit card. However, BALANCES IN EXCESS OF $10,000 MUST BE SETTLED BY WIRE TRANSFER WHICH MUST BE INITIATED BY 12PM ON THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION.

BUYERS’ PREMIUM: A 17% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the price of each item. Buyer’s paying by certified funds or wire transfer will receive a 2% discount.

VAT/TAX: All Taxes are applied at the end of the auction unless Buyer has notified Tiger prior to the close of auction and qualifies for tax exemption. A buyer’s failure to qualify for exemption does not waive its obligations to complete its purchase per the terms of sale. Tiger reserves the right to reject any tax exemption claim.

REMOVAL: All buyers are responsible to remove their items during the posted checkout times. To minimize wait time, all buyers are asked to schedule an appointment. Buyers are also responsible to bring their own crews, packing materials, material handling equipment & etc. for removal. Buyers requiring shipping or moving assistance can refer to our list of 3rd party shippers. See link above.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All items are sold “as-is, where-is” with no guarantees or representations. All Sales Are Final. Buyers are recommended to inspect items before they bid.
