You must provide a credit card, which will be authorized for $500 to secure your bids; Please note that your card must have sufficient credit to be authorized for 25% of your purchases as you continue to bid. If you plan on spending more than $10,000 please contact the Auctioneer prior to the auction to ensure no bidding interruption.

Enter a maximum of what you are willing to pay under “Your Maximum” - The system will start your bid at the lowest available increment and bid for>Then scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your Bid Number and Password and click ‘Submit Bids’

Important Bidding Notes:
- Items will close at a rate of 2-4 items every minute (varies by auction).
- An item’s closing time will extend by 4 minutes when bidding occurs within the final 4 minutes of its scheduled closing.
- If you submit a bid prior to the auction you will be notified if you are out bid.
- You may enter multiple bids on a page before clicking ‘Submit Bids’; however, changing pages will clear your bids.
Should an item close in Yellow Status, at the conclusion of the auction the high bid for such item may be automatically advanced up to the Bidder’s placed Maximum Bid (“Auto Advanced Bid”). In the event the Auto Advanced Bid equals or exceeds the minimum acceptable reserve amount of the Seller, the bid will be recorded at the minimum acceptable reserve amount as the winning bid, move to green status, be deemed sold and added to the bidder’s invoice.. Bidders may opt out of the Auto Advance Bid feature by emailing prior to the item’s closing, indicating their Bidder Number and stating “Opt out of Auto Advance”. Any high bid at the close of the auction that does not surpass the minimum acceptable reserve amount will remain in yellow status and such final bid will be presented to the Seller who will have no obligation to consummate a sale with the bidder for this item. Seller retains the right to confirm a sale on any item that closes in yellow status at the recorded high bid amount.
Bids that have been submitted that remain in Yellow Status at the close of the Auction will expire 3 calendar business days after the close of the auction unless Tiger/EquipNet sends an invoice for such yellow status item(s). Tiger/EquipNet sending an invoice for an item that closed in Yellow Status indicates that the bid(s) have been accepted subject to all the terms above and payment is due. Only after the above conditions have been met will a sale be final. Members should not rely on other verbal or written forms of communication regarding bids.


A 16% Buyers Premium and Sales Tax will be added unless you are purchasing for resale and have completed and returned a resale certificate before the conclusion of the auction. All Payments must be made via Wire Transfer.


You are responsible to remove your items during the posted checkout times. If you are purchasing from out of the area, you may send a 3rd party shipping company to remove your items. Bring your own crews, packing materials, material handling equipment, etc. for removal. Appointments are mandatory. Be sure to email your preferred pickup time within the posted schedule after you have won your last auction item.

The following highlights key sale terms and identifies sale specific terms. These, along with Terms of Sale and Tiger/Equipnet General Terms of Sale, comprise the Complete Terms of Sale. Please review to confirm the responsibilities you are agreeing to upon participating in this sale.


DEPOSITS: A $500.00 deposit is required to participate in this event or you can submit twenty five percent (25%) of the aggregate PURCHASE PRICE estimate.

PAYMENT DEADLINE: Payment is due upon successful bid(s).

PAYMENT FORMS: Visa, MasterCard and Wire Transfer. Tiger DOES NOT accept checks as payment for this sale. Balances in excess of $10,000 must be settled by wire transfer upon successful bid(s) and no later than 1 day after invoices are sent out.

BUYERS’ PREMIUM: A 16% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the price of each item.

SALES TAX: All Taxes are applied at the end of the auction unless a reseller has notified Tiger prior to the close of auction and qualifies for sales tax exemption. A buyer’s failure to qualify for exemption does not waive its obligations to complete its purchase per the terms of sale.

REMOVAL: All buyers are responsible to remove their items during the posted checkout times. Buyers are also responsible to bring their own crews, packing materials, material handling equipment & etc. for removal.

EXPORTING GOODS: It is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain proper licenses where required for the export of any items that are considered controlled commodities; restricted from export outside of the United States without proper export licenses. Buyer agrees to fully comply with all applicable export control laws, regulations, rules, and orders of the United States and all other applicable jurisdictions, and will not export, re-export, release, or transfer (collectively "export"), directly or indirectly, any Equipment, or enter into any transactions, for any proscribed end-use, or to or with any proscribed country, entity, or person (wherever located), including but not limited to those entities and persons listed on the U.S. Government's Denied Persons List, Unverified List, Entity List, Debarred Parties List or Specially Designated Nationals List, without first obtaining at its own expense written authorization from the U.S. Government. Tiger Group/ EquipNet will have the right to cancel any sale at any time in the event it determines, in its sole discretion, that the sale does or may violate applicable U.S. export control or similar laws.

SOFTWARE RIGHTS: The sale of equipment is intended to be sold without software or other proprietary intellectual property including but not limited to manuals (“Software”), if any is applicable. In the event that Software is included as part of the equipment sale, notwithstanding the disclaimers set forth above, neither EquipNet nor the Seller make any representations or warranties regarding the Buyer’s right to use such Software, the performance of the Software, it’s non infringement or otherwise. In such circumstances, it is recommended that the Buyer contact the Software manufacture directly to secure a proper license and/or resolve any issues with its use prior to submitting a Bid.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All items are sold “as-is, where-is” with no guarantees or representations. All Sales Are Final. Buyers are recommended to inspect items before they bid.
