STEP 1 - REGISTER

Click the ‘Register to Bid” link above and complete the registration form - your bidder number will be emailed to you for use at this and future auctions. Please be certain to review the General Terms of Sale along with any Sale Specific Terms before registering.

You must provide a credit card, which will be authorized for $300 (CAD) to secure your bids; Please note that your card must have sufficient credit to be authorized for 25% of your purchases as you continue to bid. If you plan on spending more than $2,500 (CAD) please contact the Auctioneer prior to the auction to ensure no bidding interruption.

STEP 2 – VIEW ITEMS

- Click on the ‘View Items & Bid’ link above to browse the auction catalog.
- Search by Keywords at the top of any bidding page.
- Click ‘refresh’ to see the current status of each item.
- Click on “Items Still Open for Bidding” to clear sold items from your screen and see only those items still available (this applies during the auction closings).

STEP 3 – BID

Enter a maximum of what you are willing to pay under “Your Maximum” - The system will start your bid at the lowest available increment and bid for you.
Then scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your Bid Number and Password and click ‘Submit Bids’
(PLEASE NOTE: You will be asked to confirm your bids)
Important Bidding Notes:
- Items will close at a rate of 2 items every minute.
- An item’s closing time will extend by 4 minutes when bidding occurs within the final 4 minutes of its scheduled closing.
- If you submit a bid prior to the auction you will be notified if you are out bid.
- You may enter multiple bids on a page before clicking ‘Submit Bids’; however, changing pages will clear your bids.

STEP 4 - PAYMENT

After the event is complete on Nov 18, you will receive an e-mail confirming any items/lots won. Payment of balance due must be made by 12 pm (UTC/ET) on the day following the Auction (please note, wire transfers must be initiated by 12pm). You may then arrange pickup of your items from each location(s).

PAYMENT FORMS: You may pay by credit card, cashiers check or wire transfer. All Payments must be made in Canadian Dollars. All cashier’s checks should be made to “Tiger Capital Group LLC” and either overnighted to Tiger’s Westlake Village office in California or deposited into Tiger’s Royal Bank of Canada Account.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Auctioneer may convert the sale to US dollars for credit card transactions and process such transactions through its US based merchant account. The conversion rate will be calculated based on Royal Bank of Canada’s published rates on the day of sale. However, based on this conversion process the final charge on your credit card statement may vary from the actual invoice total. Buyers may also incur foreign transaction fees by their credit card company (contact your credit card company for fee information).

STEP 5 - PICKUP

You are responsible to remove your items during the posted checkout times above. If you are purchasing from out of the area, you may send a 3rd party shipping company to remove your items. Bring your own crews, packing materials, material handling equipment, etc. for removal.

Appointments are mandatory. Be sure to email your preferred pickup time within the posted schedule after you have won your last auction item.

Certificates of Insurance are required from any purchaser or their agents that will be removing items which require rigging, moving, dismantling, cutting, grinding, purging, cutting or disconnecting electrical or plumbing utilities, use of any type of vehicle or material handling equipment (i.e. forklift, crane or similar), or based on special circumstances as determined exclusively by Tiger.

The following highlights key sale terms and identifies sale specific terms. These, along with our General Terms of Sale, comprise the Complete Terms of Sale. Please review the following and download the General Terms of Sale here to confirm the responsibilities you are agreeing to upon participating in this sale.

TERMS AT-A-GLANCE

DEPOSITS: We will authorize your credit card for $300 (CAD) as an Auction Registration deposit, and reserve the right to increase the deposit to equal 25% of your total high bids. Buyers acknowledge that a credit card authorization shall not be sufficient to secure purchases over $2,500 (CAD).

Authorization will place a 3-7 day hold on these funds with your credit card company, but will not be charged unless purchases are made and the buyer requests for Tiger to charge the credit card on file.

All deposits made by cashiers check or wire transfer will be returned within 7 days unless purchases are made.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer’s premium will be added to the price of each item purchased.

SALES TAX: All local taxes are applicable based on the auction location. HST (13%) is applied to both the hammer price and premium of all lots purchased in Ontario, Canada. Buyers from outside Canada may be exempt from HST by providing proof of Goods shipped outside of Canada within 7 days of the auction. However, the HST will have to be paid at the end of the auction and refunded once the proper documents are received.

REMOVAL: Buyer is responsible to arrange to have its purchased Items packed, insured, rigged, moved or shipped, and shall accept full responsibility for all labor, materials and costs necessary to complete its removal, as well as any damages, losses, acts or omissions related to Buyer's removal of purchased Items from the sale site.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: We attempt to provide lot information to buyers for guidance, where possible. However, all items are sold 'As-Is, Where-Is', per the terms of the sale. Any Guidance provided is not intended to substitute a buyer's responsibility to inspect items and arrive at their own determination of an item's condition. Further, Tiger’s inclusion or exclusion of item condition on one item should not be used to infer the condition of another item. It is the bidder / buyers’ sole responsibility to ensure that item is free from faults, defects, recall, or any other hazard or revocation as provided in the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) regardless of statements or claims that are made directly or indirectly by the seller.

ALL ITEMS SUBJECT TO PRIOR SALE

Auctioneer has the right to add or delete lots for the sale at any time as well as to cancel the sale entirely or sell in bulk.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE LOSS PAYEES

The following parties must be listed as Certificate Holders on Buyer’s Certificate of Liability Insurance before removal may begin. (One certificate for each additional insured).
